Please note the reception opening hours: - Monday to Friday 07:00 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 21:00 - Saturdays 08:00 to 14:00 - Sundays 17:00 to 21:00

Food & Beverages

A buffet breakfast is served from Monday to Saturday. The residence features a bar.

Late arrivals: If you plan on arriving later than 21:00 on weekdays, on a Saturday after 14:00, or anytime on a Sunday, please contact the residence beforehand in order to be given the access code. Special requests: Please specify any additional services or facilities you may need during your stay (number of guests, breakfast, car park, internet access) at the time of booking. Breakfast: Please note that breakfast is not served on Sundays.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 8.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.44 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
