Offering a warm and functional environment to relax, work or socialise, the studios are equipped, with a sofa bed (made before your arrival), a double bed or twin beds, and a living room with a desk corner. Beds are made before arrival and house cleaning including the change of linen is provided once a week.

Food & Beverages

A continental breakfast is available at an extra cost from Monday to Saturday. Please note that breakfast is not served on public holidays.

Opening hours reception: Tuesday to Friday: from 07:00 to 12:00 and from 13.00 to 20.00 Monday: from 07:30 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00 Saturday: from 08:30 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 16:00 Sundays and public holidays: closed. Please inform staff in advance when planning to arrive outside opening hours. The access code can only be obtained if the hotel has been contacted during reception opening times. Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 7.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.99 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
