Food & Beverages

The Novotel Café is open from 12:00 to14:30 and from 19:00 to 22:30. The breakfast buffet is available from 06:00 to 10:00. Room service is available from 19:00 to 00:00 and is also available for breakfast from 07:00 to 12:00.

The hotel is an environmentally certified hotel with Green Globe.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.  Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 14.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
