Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  12 % service charge per room per night is included.  2 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged USD 4.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
