Having been established for the last 30 years, there is little that the Landlet Hotel Group does not know about hotel management. Staff are friendly and courteous at all times, and will always attempt to assist you quickly and efficiently with any requests you may have during your stay. In addition, many of the staff are fluent in many different languages. Staff will be happy to advise you on the delights available throughout Bedfordshire, including Whipsnade Wild Animal Park, Woburn Safari Park and Woburn Abbey. Luton itself is also full of shops, clubs and restaurants for you to enjoy at your leisure.

Food & Beverages

Continental and full English breakfast are served from 07:30 – 09:00 daily. The hotel also boasts a coffee lounge, open from 12:00 till late everyday. The coffee lounge provides the ideal environment in which to relax and unwind or make use of the business facilities the hotel offers, such as Wi-Fi access. One more? is The Royal Hotels late night, sophisticated lounge bar where you can relax and enjoy the company of friends over an extensive range of wines, cocktails, champagnes, on tap beers and spirits. One more? also serves an excellent range of bar food and Sunday lunches. In addition, live sporting events of all kinds are broadcast regularly on various TV screens.

Due to security, the hotel will only accept bookings if the credit card holder's name is the same as the guest name. The credit card used to book must be provided at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
