Lugano's train station is a 5-minute walk from the residence, Lugano Airport a 10-minute drive (by taxi or shuttle bus).

Area information

The Relais al Parco Maraini is only minutes from the business centre of Lugano. Shopping streets, international schools, restaurants and cafés are only a short drive away. A direct bus line to the city centre stops directly in front of the residence’s entrance. Taxis are always available. Lugano Airport is a 10-minute drive, and Milan's Malpensa International Airport is a 60-minute drive away.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 150.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
