Food & Beverages

Breakfast is served in the Bellini restaurant: Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 10:00 Saturday from 07:00 to 10:00 Sundays and holidays from 07:00 to 13:30. The restaurant and bar Bellini has separate rooms for non-smoking and smoking guests and serves light Mediterranean and Swiss cuisine. From April to October the open-air restaurant in the park offers you a wonderful dining experience in lush green surroundings.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs CHF 5.00 per 30 minutes.  Internet via TV is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs CHF 30.00 per 24 hours.

Travel information

By car: Highway / Motorway E35/A2: - Take exit Luzern-Kriens, Zentrum follow signs "Main station, KKL". - In Pilatusstrasse (main street) at Hotel Schiller, turn right, follow hotel signs in yellow. By train: Direct trains from Zurich airport depart every hour and from Geneva airport every two hours. Go along track 2 and follow for about 150 metres. On your right you will find an exit which leads you directly to the hotel in front of you.

Area information

Best central yet quiet location, opposite rail station and city park, within shopping area and bank district. 2-3 min. walk to KKL congress center and lake.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.05 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 6 to 12 years are charged CHF 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged CHF 60.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
