All rooms have a balcony affording a view of Mount Pilatus. Public WLAN means that your wireless office has a hotspot available: with your notebook or pocket PC, you have mobile, high-speed access to the Internet, your e-mail and applications in your company’s network.

The Bellevue is the ideal starting point for business travellers and holiday guests. It is close to the city centre yet well situated for excursions around magnificent Lake Lucerne, not to mention sporting open-air activities. The Swiss Transport Museum, ship’s landing stage and the Lido bathing beach are all a few minutes drive from the hotel.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast is served in a buffet style. You may enjoy an evening at Hotel Hermitage, our partner hotel, in their Hermitage Restaurant and Baccara Restaurant, or at the hotel bar.

Alongside all that nature has to offer around Lucerne, you can also benefit from the facilities provided free of charge by the 4-star Seehotel Hermitage, located directly opposite the Hotel Bellevue: it has a wellness corner complete with sauna, sanarium, steam bath and fitness room, a lakeside sunbathing area on the shores of Lake Lucerne, bike rental and a tennis court.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and costs CHF 5.00 per 30 minutes.  Internet via modem is available in public areas and costs CHF 5.00 per 30 minutes. 

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs CHF 5.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.15 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
