Lucca in Villa San Marco is composed of 4 stylish apartments with independent entrance and different from each other in size, form and layout. The bright and colourful furnishings, the distinctly contemporary design blending Pop Art elements and modern antiques, make them absolutely unique. The 2-roomed flats are composed of a living area with sofa bed, cooking area and dining area, a large double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The one-roomed flat is divided into a dining and cooking area and a sleeping area with a double bed. All the apartments have independent entrance, parking space and air-conditioning. The structure provides linen and daily cleaning; restaurant service is not provided. However, each flat has a lunch area for 4 people with a perfectly equipped kitchenette. Bars, grocery shops and a supermarket are located in the immediate surroundings of the villa.

They are characterized by a combination of furnishings which play on the vivacity of chromatisms and on a distinctly contemporary design. The blend of Pop Art elements and modern antiques makes them absolutely unique. The 2-roomed flats are composed of a living area with sofa bed, cooking area and dining area, a large double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The one-roomed flat is divided into a dining and cooking area and a sleeping area with a double bed. All the apartments come with a parking space. The establishment provides linen and daily cleaning but no restaurant service. Each flat has, however, a lunch area for 4 people with a perfectly equipped kitchenette. In the immediate surroundings of the villa there are bars, grocery shops and a supermarket.

Please note that check-in is carried out at a different property, Lucca in Villa Elisa, located on Viale Diaz. If requested before your arrival, you will be escorted to Lucca in Villa San Marco.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
