Some rooms are suitable for disabled guests and allergy sufferers. Many of the rooms have TV sets and DVD players. Half of the rooms have windows facing the central park and the others are facing a quiet courtyard.

Hotel details

Please note that check-in for the quadruple room is between 12:00 and 16:00. For arrivals outside of these hours, please contact the hotel reception in advance. The sauna is open daily, from 18:00 until 19:00 for women, and from 19:00 until 20:00 for men. Families can request a private sauna time outside the official opening hours, at an additional cost.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 15.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

8 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 19.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
