The Residenza Garni Tizian is an ideal base for hiking in the surrounding valleys Onsernone, highly regarded, Valle Maggia, Centovalli and others. You can park your car safely on the site of the Residenza Tiziana. Losone is situated between Locarno and Ascona. The 3 big Italian markets in Cannobbio, valued throughout, Luino und Intra can easily be reached from Losone. Ascona is only a 5-minute walk away. Both cities can quickly be reached by car or bus.

If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
