Area information

The area of Ascone, Losone and Locarno is exstend by side a gulf on the lake Lago Maggiore and is protected from the north wind and it's in the middle of a subtropical natural green. The Hotel Patrizietta is placed near 200 metres from a Tennis camp and a Mini golf camp. In five minutes you can reach the friendly sand beaches from the famous river Maggia, where in the summer time you can relax in the sun and take a well fresh bath in the river.

Losone can be reached easly by bus or by car , it is situaded at 2 km from Locarno and Ascona, two touristic renowned localities in the world for the culturals events in Cinema and Music with the Festival Internazionale del Film di Locarno and the Ascona New Orleans Music Festival.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included.

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
