Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. In order to arrange complimentary shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, guests must contact the hotel upon arrival at the airport. Guests will then receive instructions from the hotel on where and when to meet the shuttle. Please note, that all room rates listed are based on double occupancy. Extra person fees apply.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged USD 10.00 per night in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 20.00 per night in an extra bed.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
