Rooms

Rates are based on single/double occupancy, additional occupants may incur additional charges. Maximum persons per all rooms is 4, with the exception of infants and toddlers. This hotel and its rooms are wheelchair accessible, including rooms with adequate bathrooms for the disabled. Room will be assessed upon checkout for damages. If any, guest will be charged accordingly.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required for incidental charges. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs USD 16.00 per day.  Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 21.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14.065 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
