Palms Restaurant All-inclusive packages ensure you enjoy 3 delicious meals daily. All meals are presented buffet style guaranteeing a wide range of tempting treats. Breakfast buffet served from 6.30am – 10.00am. Enjoy a sumptuous lunch from 12.00am – 2.00pm. Seating times for Dinner commence at 6.00pm. Our Dinner buffets are changed daily to ensure the highest quality and the freshest produce. Complimented by a quality selection of wines and other beverages and teamed with exceptional service we ensure a complete dining experience. Café Paradiso Café Paradiso is open each day for alternative dining with a selection gourmet delights including pizzas, burgers, sandwiches and much more. This licensed Café provides a more casual dining experience.

Travel information Long island is one of the 74 islands that make up the Whitsunday group of Islands. If you are flying in from Hamilton Island Airport you will need to connect with Cruise Whitsundays who will be at Hamilton Island Airport. If you are arriving by train or plane from Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast Airport or Proserpine Railway Station) then you will need to catch a Whitsunday Transit Bus or Taxi and asked to be dropped off at Shute Harbour or Abel Point Marina. From there you will need to check in at the Cruise Whitsundays booking office for your boarding passes. The friendly team at Long Island Resort can make these transfer arrangements for you (excluding Hamilton Island), if coming from Whitsunday Coast Airport and advise you of costs involved. Please call us on the telephone number on your booking confirmation email after your booking is made for more information /to make a booking. If you are self driving then you will need to drive to Shute Harbour and leave your vehicle in the secured carpark or storey lock up and check in at the Cruise Whitsundays booking office. Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. Lunch is included in the room rate. Dinner is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 14 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. One child under 14 years is charged AUD 65.00 per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged AUD 145.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
