Rooms

A starter pack of basic cleaning products and tea/coffee and milk is provided. If you stay for more than a week, the apartment will be cleaned weekly. For stays of 8-12 days, the apartment will be cleaned approximately halfway through your stay.

Hotel details

Late check-ins are allowed but at extra cost. Your credit card is used to guarantee that you will not damage the apartment or remove any items, and you will be asked to sign an agreement to that effect. Proof of your identity (e.g. a passport or driving licence) and of your home address (e.g. on a bill, official letter or identity card) is required. Please bring both when you check in.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed). 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 5 percent of the first three nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first three nights will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
