In making a reservation with a "Book and See" hotel, you acknowledge and accept that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the standard "Terms & Conditions" of Booking.com, as well as the supplementary terms and conditions set out below. In the case of a conflict between any provision in the supplementary terms and conditions below and the standard "Terms & Conditions", the provision in these supplementary terms and conditions shall prevail: In making a reservation at a "Book and See" hotel you are making an irrevocable offer to that hotel. Shortly after you make your offer, we will provide you with an email confirming receipt of your offer, and informing you of your provisional booking reference. We will then forward your offer to the "Book and See" hotel, and within 24 hours of the email being sent you will be provided with confirmation of the "Book and See" hotel’s acceptance of your offer, and a confirmed booking reference. Your offer will be accepted by the "Book and See" hotel providing the payment information you provide is valid and can be debited by the "Book and See" hotel for the amount specified in your offer. As soon as your offer is accepted by the hotel, you will enter into a direct contract with the "Book and See" hotel and we will send you an email confirming that acceptance, providing you with a confirmed booking reference, and revealing the identity and location (and the full contact details) of the hotel. If the "Book and See" hotel is unable to debit your card, your offer will be not be processed and your provisional reservation will be cancelled. Please be aware that your offer to a "Book and See" hotel is irrevocable. As such, should you cancel your reservation at any time (including before the offer is accepted) you may be charged by the hotel. Please note, the map on this page details the location of a landmark close to the "Book and See" hotel you are looking at (and not the hotel itself) in order to ensure that the identity of this exclusive hotel is not disclosed before you make your offer. As such, any “in and around” results are determined on the basis of the result’s proximity to the landmark close to the "Book and See" hotel.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs GBP 20.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled or modified, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 18.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 3 to 5 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
