Payment Information (Multiple Bookings): If you make a reservation for 9 rooms or more, the hotel will charge your credit card with 25% of the total booking cost. This amount is non-refundable. The remaining 75% will be charged to your credit card 14 days before your arrival date. Cancellation Policy (Multiple Bookings): If you make a reservation for 9 rooms or more, cancellations made less than 28 days before arrival will result in the hotel charging your credit card with the cost of the entire reservation. Payment for other bookings is taken on arrival.

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast costs GBP 15.00 per person.  Continental breakfast costs GBP 12.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
