Once you have received your booking confirmation by email, please contact the apartments on the number provided on the confirmation to obtain details of the property's 24-hour telephone support service. Guests will need to complete a credit card authorisation form. This will need to be completed and sent back to Reservations, along with a photocopy of the back of the credit card used. Reservations will need these documents in order to confirm your reservation, as there is no reception on arrival.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
