Food & Beverages

The Westin Lombard offers guests two dining options at their hotel, Harry Caray's and Holy Mackerel! Harry Caray's Italian Steakhouse features award-winning cuisine in a casual atmosphere. Guests can enjoy classic Italian dishes as well as a number of steak options. Holy Mackerel! brings a new interpretation to classic seafood cuisine. Offering only the freshest seafood, the menu is changed daily in order to ensure that nothing is ever frozen.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Minimum check in age is 21. The Westin Lombard Yorktown Center accepts dogs weighing 125 lbs. or less. They are not permitted in the food and beverage areas. Guests must sign waiver upon arrival at the hotel and they will be responsible for excessive damage or required cleaning.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs USD 9.95 per 24 hours.  Wireless internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

11 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 15.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 25.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
