TV, video, DVD, metaplan boards, projection screens, digital photocopying machine, room darkening device, and ISDN/DSL internet access. The hotel is officially affiliated with Lohmar’s registry office, allowing you to get married on the property.

The hotel’s 5 restaurants and beer garden welcome you to try a wide range of hearty and sophisticated dishes. Treat yourself to delights from the hot stone grill, and watch the kitchen team prepare imaginative buffets. The hotel's banquet rooms for up to 180 people and ample parking facilities ensure successful events.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.00 per 24 hours.

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 4.50 per day.  Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 14.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 32.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
