Hotel details

A breakage deposit of 150 EUR per apartment is required at check in. This deposit is returned at check out once the condition of the apartment has been checked.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 3.50 per person.  Half board costs EUR 12.00 per person.  Full board costs EUR 18.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 13.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
