Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.  Lunch costs EUR 5.00 per person.  Dinner costs EUR 5.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
