The apartments are cleaned, and the bed linen changed, once a week. Please note that the cleaning service does not cover the kitchen area or kitchenware.

Hotel details

The full price of the stay must be paid at check-in. In addition, a breakage deposit of EUR 100 per apartment is required upon arrival. This will be returned at check-out once the condition of the room has been checked. Before travel, all guests must contact the property for details of key collection. Contact details appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
