This family-run guest house enjoys a peaceful location in one of Llandudno’s quiet tree-lined avenues, valued throughout, yet it is within easy walking distance of the beach and all the major attractions. For travel slightly further afield, highly regarded, the guest house also has great transport links, as Llandudno railway station is just around the corner. The beach is just a short walk away and the town centre is also within easy reach. Alternatively, very much appreciated, during the warmer months, you may choose to sit out in the Karden’s delightful patio area at the front of the property, which is a designated smoking area. In the evenings, valued throughout, you can sink into the sumptuous leather seats in the TV lounge and enjoy a drink from the licensed bar, which offers a full tray service.

Accessibility: There are 8 steps to the entrance. There is one triple room and one double room on the ground floor. The television lounge is also on the ground floor. The dining area is down one flight of stairs. Please note that there is no lift.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast, evening meals and bar snacks can be enjoyed in the dining room. On request, bar snacks can also be taken in the TV lounge on a tray. The small bar area is only open for groups. It has seating for 8 people + 2 more at the bar. During the warmer months you can enjoy drinks on the patio. If you are leaving early the house can prepare a light breakfast or packed lunch, though this will need to be requested the previous evening.

Karden House does not accept bookings from single-sex groups. Please state your estimated arrival time when making your reservation. If no time is given, Karden House will assume an 18:00 arrival.

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year are charged GBP 3.50 per night when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
