This 4-star guest accommodation provides breakfast only. Prepared from many fresh, local ingredients, breakfast is served between 08:00 and 09:30. The breakfast room is situated on the ground floor, and benefits from panoramic views of the Great and Little Ormes through the bay fronted window.

The hotel has 24-hour resident access Accessibility: There are 4 steps, with a handrail, up to the main entrance. The floor is level throughout ll areas are well lit Doorways and corridors are wide enough for wheelchairs/zimmer frames/pushchair access. Other public areas: The entrance, reception, lounge and dining areas are situated on the ground floor. There are a further 3 floors, each comprising of 4 bedrooms, which are accessed via a staircase with balustrade between each floor Accommodation: Rooms are clearly marked with the room number. There is good colour contrast to floor, walls and doorways. Assistance dogs are welcome.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
