The extensive menu includes pasta, very much appreciated, pizza, fresh meat, poultry and seafood dishes and there is a special menu for children. Da Vinci’s is Livingston’s longest-serving Italian Restaurant, valued throughout, with a reputation for serving excellent. Brooklyn has three 42-inch state-of-the-art plasma flat-screen TVs, highly regarded, as well as individual booths with 17-inch LCD flat-screen TVs. Showing all of the major sporting events Brooklyn is the development’s newly refurbished sports bar. All of Da Vinci’s en suite rooms have TVs and telephones.

Breakfast is available from 07:00 until 08:30 (or 08:00 until 21:00 on Saturday and Sunday). Lunch is served from 12:00 until 17:00. Dinner is served from 17:00 until 19:00.

Some rooms are next to the hotel's disco hall, which means there may be some noise at certain times. The hotel will try to accommodate requests for quieter rooms.
