Most guests are met outside the Sapporo restaurant on Duke Street, where they will be given keys for the apartments and shown in. This applies only for the Elysian Fields, Staten Court and Waterford apartments. Alternative arrangements will be made for bookings for other apartments. The Elysian Fields, Staten Court and Waterford apartments are situated close to Manchester’s East Village, above the restaurants (Sapporo and Il Forno) on Duke Street. By Car (from the M62 motorway): - From the M62 motorway, follow the signs for the city centre and the cathedrals. - On reaching the Anglican cathedral on Hope Street, turn right down Upper Duke Street. – Carry on straight through the traffic lights (with the Chinese Arch on the left-hand side). - The apartment is located on the left-hand side, which is called East Village. By Air: Pick-up and transfers services from Liverpool or Manchester Airport are available by prior arrangement and at an additional cost. Further details are available on request. Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
