Please bring photo ID with you - you need it to check in. Driving license, passport or valid student ID are accepted. Groups of 6 people or more may be contacted prior to arrival and are required to pay the balance of their booking and provide a security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
