A wide range of bars and restaurants is available within a moment’s walk of the apartments. The Plum lounge bar in the neighbouring Malmaison Hotel is a must-see for all guests.

Guests at Urban Chic Apartments must call in to the office at: Roscoe House, 27 Rodney Street, Liverpool, L1 9EH in order to collect keys. Depending on the time of arrival, key collection can also be arranged at the building, subject to a small extra charge. Please note that Urban Chic Apartments reserves the right to preauthorise credit cards prior to arrival. Failure to provide a valid credit card or to have sufficient available funds on your card when the card is preauthorised will result in immediate cancellation of your booking.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 10.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
