Hotel details

The apartments offer a range of services, including a weekly linen change, a change of towels every 2 days and a service clean every other day for stays of one week or more. A grocery shopping service is available at an additional charge and all apartments include a welcome pack on arrival, which contains tea, coffee, sugar, fresh milk and breakfast cereal.

Food & Beverages

Tea, coffee, sugar, fresh milk and breakfast cereal are supplied on arrival only.

Check-in instructions: We do not operate a reception on site we therefore ask that you indicate at booking your estimated time of arrival. Credit card details are required as a security bond and may be used to cover any damage or breakages. Our office opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 18:00. Duty Manager on call 24 hrs. For arrivals outside of these hours, alternative arrangements can be made. Groups policy: Reservations of 2 or more rooms, by any one client, on any one day will be considered a group booking. Please note we do not accept single sex parties ie. stag or hen parties

Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 10.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
