Liverpool City Centre Apartments can organise a host of extra services including restaurant reservations, assistance with travel and transport arrangements and individual food packs. Please note that these need to be booked prior to arrival at the apartments and may be subject to an additional charge.

You must contact Liverpool City Centre Apartments at least 3 days prior to arrival in order to confirm your arrival arrangements and arrange to collect the keys. Keys must be collected from the offices at: Roscoe House, 27 Rodney Street, Liverpool, L1 9EH.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
