Check-in Instructions: Please advise Posh Pads of your estimated time of arrival. Please call Posh Pads on arrival at The Casartelli in order to gain entry into the building. Pre-authorisation on a credit card may be required upon arrival. Other Information: All-male or all-female groups of more than 5 people (unless prearranged and accepted by Posh Pads) are not permitted. Stag or hen parties are not accepted. Excessive noise or unruly behaviour will not be tolerated.

Internet via modem is available in some hotel rooms and costs GBP 5.00 per 24 hours.  Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 10.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 6.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
