Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

11.5 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 12.00 per night in an extra bed.  One child under 2 years is charged USD 12.00 per night in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
