The reception is open from 06:30 until 11:00 and 17:00 until 21:00 on weekdays, and from 07:00 until 11:00 and 17:00 until 21:00 on weekends and public holidays. If you plan on arriving outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel directly.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 4.80 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
