Please note that the hotel operates an automatic check-in system, which works as follows: 1. Open the main door by entering the pin number on the door key pad (pin number will be emailed to you in advance by the hotel). 2. Open the safe located at the entrance of the apartment (safe number will be emailed to you in advance by the hotel), type in the last 4 digits of your credit card, followed by "E". 3. Once in the apartment, please turn on the boiler in the kitchen cupboard.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.  70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least one day prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
