Hotel details

The apartment staff will wait for you at the apartment at the agreed time of arrival. The staff will give you the keys and practical information needed. You will be asked to sign a short-term rental contract, also signed by the owner. You will then be asked to pay the remaining amount charged for the whole stay (in cash). Check-in time is from 15:00. Rent4days charges an extra amount for check-ins on Sundays or bank holidays, and for late check-ins (after 22:00. After 01:00 the late arrival fee is a higher amount). The latest check-out time is 11:00. Any modifications to a booking (dates, number of people, or apartment type) are possible, but are subject to acceptance by Rent4days and entail a management fee.

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
