If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10 per night per person for cots.  All children from 4 to 8 years are charged 30 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 40 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
