Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 6 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One child from 7 to 11 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  One child from 12 to 15 years is charged 75 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
