Please note that no late arrival is possible after 22:30. Please contact the hotel in advance if you plan to arriver after 22:30. Please note that your confirmation number is not the access code for the hotel. If you require the hotel's access code please contact the hotel prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
