A key is available at ATMs after 22:30 on weekdays and after 11 am Saturday and Sunday. The code to recover the key will be the last 4-digit from the website reservation confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 5.60 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 4.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
