Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child from 0 to 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 0 to 5 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 6 to 11 years is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
