The swimming pool is open from 01 June until 30 September. Acess to the spa and swimming pool are free for all bookings made on this website. The Spa is open: Monday through Saturday: 09:30 to 21:00 Sunday: 10:00 to 19:00 Bodycare reservations: Monday through Saturday: until 21:00 Sunday: until 17:00 Children under 16 years of age are not permitted in the Spa.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
