Rooms

You can choose between a standard double room, a double room with queen-size bed or a twin room. There is also a choice between rooms with shower or bathtub.

Hotel details

Winter: The free ski bus stops right at the hotel and takes you to the Zettersfeld and Hochstein ski areas in about 7 minutes. There is also a sauna (free from 16:00 to 19:00), a ski shed with ski boot heating, a children's playroom with computer games, a table tennis room, tabletop football and a toboggan rental. Summer: Fishing in the hotel's own fly-fishing stream, bicycle rental.

Food & Beverages

In both our restaurants we will pamper you with local and international specialities. We are happy to cater for the special dietary requirements of our guests.

Please note that during the low season the reception is only open until 23:00. Please inform the hotel in case of later arrival.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and charges are applicable.  Wireless internet is available in the business centre and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site.  Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 9.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
