If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 16 years are charged EUR 10 per night per person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 25 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
