During booking, all guests should state their expected arrival time using the Guest comments box. A deposit per room will be pre-authorised on a credit card or in cash at check-in. This amount will be unblocked at check-out provided the accommodation is left in a satisfactory condition.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
