The reception's opening hours are between 07:00 and 20:00. During the summer season, from 19.06 to 09.08, the hotel reception is open from 08:00 until 18:00. If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

12 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged SEK 300.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
