Some rooms are very large with big balconies and fabulous unobstructed views, while others are a bit smaller, have no balconies and overlook the garden. Some rooms are small and are ideal for children, students or budget travellers. All rooms have a sink, a wardrobe and DVDs/Videos (150 films) are available on request.

Food & Beverages

A full continental breakfast buffet is served between 05:00 and 12:00. You can have breakfast in the dining room, on the veranda or in your room/on your balcony. Our coffee machine will serve you excellent coffee, and a large selection of teas and fruits is available free of charge 24 hours a day.

Please note that there are stairs, which may make Les Airelles unsuitable for older or disabled guests. Please also note, that this is a bed&breakfast guest house and not a hotel. You will arrive in the basement so you can take off your shoes and store your skis/bikes before proceeding to the reception on the first floor.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 9 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
