Food & Beverages

The breakfast buffet is included in the room price and is served from 08:30 to 11:00 (earlier upon request).

If you are travelling by car, make sure you enter the village of Leysin and pass in front of the Tourism Bureau before you look for the Route de Crettaz (it is a one-way street).

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.00 city/tourist tax per person between 7 and 15 years per night is not included.  CHF 3.00 city/tourist tax per person older than 16 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 4 to 9 years are charged CHF 34.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
