Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CAD 2.00 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 10.00 per night in an extra bed.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
